8 years. Their lives have been leading up to this day for EIGHT YEARS. Already rooted in each other’s families, this day made official what everyone already knew.

Alexis and Corey are still as head-over-heels in love with each other as the day they first met and none of us doubt it will remain like that between them for the rest of their lives.

Their wedding day was their dream come to life and everyone enjoyed in it.

The impending rain from the hurricane held off until everyone was tucked inside dancing the night away. — We couldn’t have felt any luckier.

On a personal note: Last year, when I went through a health scare and difficult surgery, Alexis and her mom, Sharon, were some of the most supportive people through it all. While Alexis is an OR nurse with good advice to share, she barely knew me. Her mom had never met me in person. Still, they continued to support in any way they could. Their acts of kindness and love for someone who they barely knew, has stuck with me and will continue to effect me for the rest of my life. Aside from being amazing clients, they are truly the best people and I will be forever grateful I got to be there with them on this beautiful day that they deserved so much.

Oh how happy I am for you! I’ve enjoyed all your social media posts for the past 2 years documenting your journey together. I love how much you love your engagement photos and share them all the time (that really makes my heart happy!). My favorite, though, is how Corey never fails to comment with “I love you babe!” Or something like that. NEVER FAILS! You two are the cutest ever.
