Kerri + Micaiah’s Susquehanna River Overlook Engagement Session
My phone buzzed. We’re here! I read. Pulling my coat around my shoulders a little tighter, I excitedly bounced over to where they were parked. I heard them before I saw them. Micaiah was exclaiming something and they both were laughing. It was pretty apparent we were going to have fun for their session. They were ready to go right away so I got snapping, using every moment we had together to create some beautiful memories for them. Micaiah was skeptical of being “posed” for photos but he was a trooper and his absolute adoration for his fiancé shone through the entire session. Kerri was glowing. She was such a natural and her sweet personality balanced Micaiah’s silliness perfectly. She looked at him with such love and laughed with his jokes every time making for some wonderfully joyful photos. The light was glowing all around them from beginning to end making their session out of this world lovely.
Kerri and Micaiah, I can’t wait to meet your friends and families in September at Lakefield Farm and to capture the love you share on the day you decide to love each other forever. Keep making each other laugh and never stop looking at each other that way. When you are celebrating your 50th wedding anniversary, I hope these photos are on display for your grandkids to see how much you have loved each other from the very beginning of your love legacy.
