We met in Whole Foods back in the day when I was able to actually meet clients in person. All the usual tables were taken so we slid into one of the tables behind the registers. People bustled around us as registers beeped and the buzz of distant discussions happened near and far throughout the store. The bright sun steamed through the windows making it hard for them to see my computer screen with sample photos.

With all the distractions physical discomfort with the sun in our eyes, not a single thing phased Kathryn and Brian. They rolled with it as they cuddled closely together regularly wording “I love you” to each other as we talked through their future wedding date.

I’ve always said Brian is like Kathryn’s personal teddy bear. They are adorable together…one of those “they found their soulmate in each other” couples. And, I adore them.

Their wedding day was beautiful. We started out with some sun to fill us up with energy, then the wispy clouds moved in for first look and bridal party portraits. By their ceremony it was officially cloudy and for good luck, it rain for their bubble send-off at the end of the night.

The perfect day surrounded by their favorite people.

Katie and Brian, thank you for the opportunity to see into your beautiful world of love and acceptance. Knowing you and watching the way your love your family and friends has been a beautiful thing to watch and admire. I wish everyone in the world had hearts as big as yours.
