They were married on the 10th anniversary of the start of their relationship. Shannon and Drew have an equal combination of newlywed bliss and long-term relationship calm and humor. They are silly they are kind…They are perfect for each other. Hearing that they have been together for 10 years already sounded impressive enough but to see the pictures from their early years….wow. They were so young when they met!

Shannon and Drew were married on a beautiful Friday at the timelessly classic Historic Ashland. It really is a wedding venue like no other. Each part of their day was attended to with expert care. No detail was missed. From the music and laughter in the bridal suite to the spacious dance floor, Shannon and Drew smiled the ENTIRE day. Their large families gathered to witness their union and join in the celebration. We even lucked out with a delicious breeze that kept the temperatures just right all day outdoors.I tear up at almost every wedding but it’s not always the same part (thought the mother-son dance gets me more times than not). During this wedding Drew’s father stood up to speak during the ceremony and it melted my heart. I have a lot of respect for a man who will stand up in front of a crowd and open his heart.

Shannon and Drew, it has been THE BEST getting to know you over the past year. From your engagement session at Historic Ashland to your perfect wedding day, it was been nothing but a pleasure.
