Amanda + Tim’s November Wedding at The Barn at Stoneybrooke

He stood facing the crowd with the newly married couple to his left. The microphone swayed in is shaking hand. He took a deep breath and opened his mouth to speak. Instantly, tears swelled in his eyes. Amanda told me her father would probably cry. She wasn’t wrong. This was the day Gary gave away his baby girl and it wasn’t something he took lightly. If she wasn’t the strong woman she has grown to be and Tim wasn’t the man he is to her, I’m not sure he could have done it.

Gary and Lisa together with Tim Sr. and Sandra watched their children bring their families together in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends at The Barn at Stoneybrooke on November 3rd, 2018. The last wedding of the year for both the venue and I, we celebrated the couple along with an incredible year full of love and new friendships. One of the many reasons I enjoyed working at The Barn at Stoneybrooke so much this year is our combined love of the people we serve. It’s never just another wedding for us. Each person we meet, brings a new opportunity to grow. We truly have the best jobs in the world.

Amanda and Tim’s wedding was as perfect as a wedding day can be. Amanda was a vision of beauty and Tim was as handsome as they come. Every part of their day from their sweet first look to their massive family photo list went as smooth as velvet. The sweeping views at the barn’s ceremony site were full of rich Autumn color…probably the last of the year before all of the foliage is lost until next year. The lavender color of the bridesmaid’s gowns gave a fresh feel to the oftentimes heavy color of the yellow, orange and browns of this season. I could go on and on about how perfect the day was but really the photos speak for themselves.

Amanda and Tim, what to say. I adore you both. You are the kind of people we all wish we could be a little more like. Amanda, you are such a strong woman. I hope you have a girl one day to pass that down to the way I’m sure your mom passed down to you. Tim, you are the kind of guy all the guys want to be around and every girl dreams she will meet one day. I hope you one day have a little boy to raise just like you. Basically, you need to have a ton of kids. Just kidding….but really. 😁 I’m excited to follow along with your journey over the years. I hope you enjoy this sample of my favorite photos from your beautiful day. The full gallery will be along in your inbox in a few weeks. Until then, because I know how hard it is to wait, there are a few surprises in your inbox RIGHT NOW so GO CHECK!
