Moffett Autumn Lancaster County Family Session

Moffett-Family-Elizabethtown-PA-22.jpg

I last saw Bill Moffett eight years ago when he visited my son’s first grade classroom in his role as a dentist to give a talk about dental hygiene. He crouched down in front of my 6-year-old Andrew and told him not to worry that he hadn’t lost his first tooth yet….it would come out when it’s ready. I remember thinking how great he and Megan Moffett, the teacher of one of the other first grade classrooms, were with kids. They were destined to be great parents one day. In that moment I would have never guessed I would be taking their family portraits with their THREE beautiful children eight years later on the day after HIS oldest lost HER first tooth! Life is funny sometimes. The session was beautiful and all of the kiddos were champs. It was the first portrait session in eons that we had full sun for and it was amazingly refreshing to work with sun beams again. I even got out my tutus again! I didn’t add a photo here to be safe but even sweet Cam (their little boy) put a tutu on and got to spin around a little. I love an only boy surrounded by sisters…they are so much more corporative to photograph. (My boys are NOT easy)

Megan and Bill, thank you for the opportunity to create these images for you. I’m basically drooling over them over here. I can’t wait to get to work on the rest of them. For now, because I know it is so hard to wait, I wanted to share these highlights with you. And, there will be a few surprises in your inbox so GO CHECK!!!!

XO - Megan
