Fall at Fort Hunter Mansion | Christina + Andrew Engaged
We rescheduled for Covid-19. We rescheduled for rain. And it was meant to be that we had the most beautiful weather and fall foliage anyone could possibly ask for. The trees put on a show for us and Tina and Andrew danced, snuggled, and kissed amongst the beauty of it all. The Susquehanna River even played along with us and stayed nice and low for us to adventure down to its bank for some dramatically romantic sunset photos.
With the pressures of the pandemic for Tina as a dietician in a retirement home, I could tell she needed a break to have fun….play and be with Andrew. It was their first official photoshoot EVER (except for a few family photos she had done years ago for her mom) and they had a blast with it. I can’t wait to meet all their family and friends next May at Historic Acres of Hershey. If they are half as sweet and fun as Tina and Andrew themselves, we are going to have an amazing day!
Tina and Andrew, I’m so glad we were finally able to meet and that it not only worked out but turned out spectacularly. There are some things that we cannot control about a natural light portrait session and the weather is one of them. You were amazing to have been able to pivot and reschedule last week with the rain and, oh, how we lucked out with that amazing sunset. It was one in a million! I hope you love this sample of a few of my favorite photos from your gorgeous Fort Hunter engagement shoot and because I know how hard it is to wait, there are some surprises in your inbox RIGHT NOW, so go check if you haven’t already seen them.
