Consider my creative itch scratched! I’ve shot styled shoots before but not in the traditional sense. Every styled shoot I’ve shot before, was a creation between me and the other vendors involved. For this one, I simply showed up, along with other photographers and shot what was created for us by some very talented vendors.

I’ve always wondered what it was like — and now I know. While I tend to pull the joy from those I photograph, there were lots more “model looks” here from others in the group posing the couple along with me. And, I have to admit, I truly struggled with not having control over the flow of the posing and the placement of the “photo spots” and lighting so many of these photos are a little different from my typical visual signature. Even still, it was fun to stretch myself out of my comfort zone to create some more dramatic photos for the team. I hope you enjoy them!
