Goodbye to Summer Engagement Session | Emma + Collin | August 28, 2022

As the last of the orange summer sun slipped behind the hills, Emma and Collin turned to watch it go, arms around each other. It’s something they do often and something they will continue to do many years from now, I think.

I took a few last photos before the light was gone completely and hugged them both in excitement for what a beautiful session they had. When I pulled away from Emma, her eyes glistened. She said, blinking a few times as she spoke with a smile, “That was good….really really good.”

She was hoping for the perfect sunset for their engagement session — and she got it. Sometimes it is….just perfect.

Emma and Collin will be married at Loch Aerie Mansion in Malvern, PA close to their home September of next year. I cannot wait to see them again and meet all their amazing friends from near and far that I’ve heard so much about. It will be an amazing day with these two laughing (and crying tears of joy) through the whole day.

Emma and Collin, it was so great to see you again and put my focus (pun intended) on you this time. I love how you two laugh together and know each other so well. I’ll never forget your reaction to the “put your hands up” direction. Hahaha! Classic. I hope you love this little sample of photos from your engagement session last night. And, because I know how hard it is to wait, there will be a surprise in your inbox later today. So, don’t forget to check.

XO - Megan
