Caitlin’s sister and Maid of Honor, Meghan, pulled me aside before the couple’s first look to let me know that she and the best man, Corbin’s brother Ben, decided not to give their formal speeches at the reception. They wanted give Caitlin’s dad the honor…and all the time he needed to speak from his heart.

I may have never seen a prouder father of the bride in all my years. From the moment I met him earlier in the day, he had the bounce in his step of a man who knows his precious daughter will be in good hands and taken care of for the rest of her life. He had the smile of a man who could proudly say, he did his job well and it’s time to hand over his devout duty to another.

Everyone involved in this day from the couple themselves to the parents, the wedding party, guests and the vendors exuded an abundance of joy throughout this entire day. The day was expertly executed and enjoyed by all. My only regret was not getting more Brewer time for myself. I’ve adored their “Best Pup” from the moment I met him at their engagement session last June. He was the proudest and bestest boy there ever was.
